Introduction
The V8Supercar "Grand Finale" was held at Oran Park, Thursday 4th - Sunday 7th, 2008. It was the last time the V8Supercar event would be held at Oran Park, which is due for redevelopment.

Due to the greasy conditions the field was very bunched and times were fairly equal. Gary managed a very good time but only finished 10th. Justin Hemmes, in the Media car, rolled dramatically between Turns 1 and 2.
